You know that's an idea that maybe it's running lean 
But why? 
The ECUs are the same for all 512's
Could be a an O2 sensor but then again why ?
I doubt if it was a intake leak the engine had on 16k on it 
Going to clean all of the 3 temp sending unit sensors (2 to the ECU and 1 to the gauge ) 
And see if that makes a difference any 
Like I said it just runs at 195-200 well within the normal operating range but the fans stay on because the fans come on at 195 or so temp
This is a stumper for me

Certainly one of the last things – but advanced timing (is your car ‘chipped’?) can cause this as well as a lean mixture.  You’ll need a separate set of instruments to check those.  Also a weak O2 sensor not responding to too much O2 is another.  A lean mixture caused by an air leak.  Go around the intake joints with a propane torch – UNLIT of course.  Any change in RPM – that’s an air leak.

 

Of course, I could be wrong on these but my advice is free so you know what it’s worth.
