Funny aside there. The original Grimm Fairy Tales- well, we all know the 
stories, but the endings ...  Hansel and Gretel, they get eaten by the witch - 
lesson, don’t go wandering off in the woods.   

They ALL end up bad in the original.  Was apparently a very American thing to 
change them to “happy” endings.
