It is probably one of simplest things on a car. A typical two piston caliper has two o-rings, two inner seals (just a large square o-ring), and two outer dust seals. I feel I can do as good a job (if not better) rebuilding them myself vs buying rebuilt calipers. That said, I do only use original seals (IOW a genuine ate kit for an ate caliper).
