Probably most are decoy marks to throw the non Ferrari mechanics off. "Hey Joe, you wanta the car to run a real nice, you know those a timing marks, ok, forget a bout'm, give a the cams a few degrees twist to the left of them. She'll a be perfect" hee hee.
