Ha, BTDT ... About a year ago I broke a tap off in the front of a
volvo straight six cylinder head.
Had to grind most of it out with a dremel with a tungsten carbide burr. Since the tap was 'locked' in the hole, all I managed with the tap extractor was to break the fingers of the extractor off.
