Wow!  There's some real crazy running around people loose arenât there?

You know, now that you mention it , I've heard real estate horror stories of 
sellers taking bathroom fixtures, wall to wall carpeting, lightbulbs, etc. 
so I guess the stuff you mentioned isn't all that odd.
