Personally, as a former prosecutor, I don't agree.  Then again, I am  
one of those crazy gun totin' types.

Certainly, there might be some prosecutors out there that could  
disagree.  However, I would suggest that it is a non-issue.  Can;t  
really see (short of them checking your outgoing email) how you were  
carrying the weapon before the confrontation.  It just isn't the kind  
of thing that comes up - generally - in an investigation.

Only thing you need to worry about is going off half cocked (couldn't  
help myself).

FWIW, every weapon in the house (one in every room) is - as they say -  
cocked, locked and ready to rock.  Marle's instructions were to point  
and pull.
