I wonder how or if the people in line would have an attitude change if they
thought the people behind the counter would challenge their application with
probing questions?
When I applied for full medical disability the procedure was pretty involved - an interview with a counselor, reviews of 2 doctors as well as a psychiatric review. ALso, the people in each oganizations were told to watch the applicant at all stages of the process includng watching the applicants actions in the parking lot
At the time I was screaming in pain every 30-40 seconds unless I *really* forced my self to hold it in - and even then it was obvious I was in pain - plus I wasn't sleeping much and had taken on a "warmed over death" look - *very* attractive. ;-)
My application sailed through without any problems - but many others did have problems - at least that's what I've heard --

Steve wrote,I remember leaving and saying "If I had employees that treated their customers like that, my business would be failing."If I had employees that treated their customers like that, I'd move them to the other end of the line (read: fire their lazy asses!) No company is any better than their front line people! Said another way, even the lowest level employee meeting the customer can destroy a company's reputation.rick _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe or modify your subscription options, please visit: http://lists.ferrarilist.com/mailman/options/ferrari/l02turner%40comcast.net Sponsored by BooyahMedia.com and F1 Headlineshttp://www.F1Headlines.com/
